The Plutotype enhances the Prototype framework by adding: Mouse related utilities like: mouse position (better than Event.pointerX), show an element at mouse position and drag and drop an element, improved Browser detection, improved ajax object (it supports simultaneous requests), String extensions (number range, toNumber(), isURL, isEmail, isAlfanumeric ...).

It doesn't but I will create one at Google Code.

Also: how can I submit an extension in scripteka? I haven't found anything for doing this in the main web page.
